Refund Policy

Every order is backed by our 60-Day money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. The tool must come back in resellable condition.

How to start a return

Email admin@wildbeartools.online with your order number. We send the return address and instructions the same working day.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we check it and approve the refund. Your bank then needs 5–10 business days to show the money on your original payment method.

Exchanges

Received a damaged unit? Ask for a replacement and we ship it out.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to admin@wildbeartools.online within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund it in full, shipping included.

Not covered

Normal wear from use, misuse beyond the rated torque, and returns after the 60-day window.
